Jose Santiago is an experienced estimator and bilingual insurance Adjuster from Puerto Rico. (José habla español y inglés) He is now a Florida Licensed Public Adjuster who will advocate for the insured and has many years of field experience. He is a fighter and strives to do things in a rightful way for the best interest of the people around him. He has a very good management, leadership and interpersonal relationship skills and will always prioritize his customer satisfaction.
Mr. Jose Santiago academic journey began in early 1994. He had a year program at Universidad del Turabo Caguas, P.R in Physical Education and went on to Huertas Junior college Caguas, P.R. to study Accounting for 2 years. He concluded his Accounting program in 1998. Mr. Jose is still on a program of Elemental English Education to perfect his Communication skills.
Before establishing himself as an insurance Public adjuster, He began his Professional career after completing his accounting program as a Sales representative, Assistant Manager and Store Manager of Foot Action, where he was responsible to manage all the operation inside the store. He was Promoted to store Manager in 1999 as a result of his dedication and hard work. Following that experience, He worked as a Sales representative/District Manager at Systematic / United Retail Service, LLC for nine years. He left at 2009 and got appointed as the Housing Director of Municipality of San Lorenzo in 2012.
Jose moved on to explore the career of an Adjuster between 2013 – 2018. He worked as an insurance estimating and adjusting consultant at PGI Insurance and Risk Services where he had experience to work with other independent adjusters, who undertakes on behalf of an insurer to investigate and appraise the amount of any claim, loss, or damage payable under an insurance contract. He moved further to work at Cunningham Lindsey and Cru-adjusters Canada as a field adjuster where he Coordinates visits appraisals and reports the details of a claim to the insurer.
Mr. Santiago is a consummate professional and an extremely qualified adjuster who has extensive and varied experience in estimating, evaluating the cause of loss and in catastrophe adjusting. He has joined the team at Experienced Public Adjusters with intimate adjusting and estimating knowledge and has devoted himself to the comfort and best interests of insured policyholders. He always gives every estimate using Xactomate a final detailed review to make sure that nothing has been overlooked before submitting a claim for his clients.
